| TERMS AND RULES FOR RESERVATIONS Reservations requests may be made no less than 3 days in advance and not more than 14 days in advance (time is determined by the time stamp of this form). Requests received outside of the time frames will not be processed. Departure times : Mondays @ 11:00 AM Tuesdays @ 4:00 PM Thursdays @ 3:00 PM Fridays @ 11:00 AM Sundays @ 12:00 noon Once you have been confirmed on a date you requested your voucher is considered used. "NO SHOW" vouchers are considered used and not valid for re bookings. Vouchers cannot be used on special event days or holidays. All passengers must have a voucher for passage. If we cancel a tour because of weather or other safety issues or as required by the USCG we will rebook you with no penalty on an other date. All trips are subject to weather conditions . PLEASE NOTE YOUR VOUCHER MUST MATCH THE COMPANY THAT SOLD THE VOUCHER AND THE TRIP YOU RESERVED OR YOU WILL NOT BE BOARDED. (YOU MAY ELECT TO BE TAKE THE TRIP FOR THE REGULAR POSTED PRICE PAID AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL) YOUR VALID CELL PHONE NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED AS WE MAY CANCEL YOUR TRIP BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS UP TO 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE. PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR TRAVEL AND PARKING TO THE DEPARTURE POINT. ALL TOURS LEAVE ON TIME AND CANNOT NOT WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS.
